USHA MEMBERSHIP

We appreciate your interest in the United States Helice Association, and welcome the opportunity to extend an invitation for membership.

Application Submission

To submit an application for membership in the USHA, please print, complete, and mail the application form to our address.

Full payment for memberships must be included with your application or renewal.  Checks must be payable to the UNITED STATES HELICE ASSOCIATION.

Please be sure to specify the requested membership type for each application.  Notes or additional information, if necessary, can be included on extra pages and submitted with your application.

Membership Processing

We process all applications and review enclosed materials on receipt.  On approval of your application, we will send you an official welcome letter and your USHA membership card via mail within four (4) weeks.
